When you use the bot, we may process your Telegram identifier, username, calendar connection metadata, command texts, and technical logs required for support, security, and billing/usage analytics.
We process data to provide calendar features (create/list/update/delete events), reminders, diagnostics, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
Calendar secrets/tokens are stored in encrypted form and used only to execute requested calendar actions.
The service may use Telegram, Google APIs, OpenAI APIs, and calendar providers (CalDAV). Their platforms process requests according to their own policies.
Operational logs and usage data are retained for support, anti-abuse, and financial analytics. We may delete or anonymize old data on a rolling basis.
We apply practical security controls (access limits, secret storage, transport encryption in production). No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
You may request account disconnection from providers and ask for deletion of associated data by contacting us.
